This is the latest version of my original embroidery hoop design, now available in a range of sizes https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4257753 I've made significant improvements to the screw, enhancing its grip and body shape to make tightening and loosening a breeze. Its larger thread also seems to last longer than before, but I know it's still not the most robust solution - I'm already planning an upgraded metal version for when I'm done printing these. To get the best results from your prints, be sure to print the screw with at least three shells. I personally like to go all out and print them at 100% infill, but feel free to experiment with lower settings if you prefer. The rings are a bit more forgiving - two shells should do the trick, accompanied by an infill of around 15-20%.
