The Object: Device for Assisting Piece Ejection from Support Presented Application: Assistance with Ejecting 3D Printed Pieces from FFF Printer Type This Proposed Tool is an Alternative Solution to Using a Cutter Blade or Classic Spatula to Eject Pieces, Aimed at Avoiding Risks of Cuts for the User and Plateau Accidents. It is a Spatula-Shaped Device that Facilitates Piece Ejection from their Support. One of the Characteristics of this Device is its Ability to Use Commercial Pieces, Ratchet, Hard Laminate, or Screwdriver (ø 3.5 to 5) to Hold the Piece and Use it as a Lever Without Damaging the Plateau. The Tool is Characterized by a V-Shaped Groove in the Central Zone for Passing and Tightening the Screwdriver and Two Flat Zones for Passing and Tightening a Ratchet (or Equivalent Hard Laminate) as well as an Aggressive Support Zone on the Plateau. It Behaves like Pliers, Allowing You to Squeeze a Screwdriver, Ratchet, or Equivalent Tools at Your Choice. Insertion is Encouraged by a Lever that Allows you to Open the Pliers to Insert the Tool, and the Tool can be Tightened Further by Adding a Socket, Plastic, or Metric Vis (with Prior Drilling). The Bottom of the Device has an Aggressive Support Zone on the Plateau. The Device Functions based on the Principle of a Lever, so that a Push on one End Generates Effort that Favors Piece Ejection from its Support. The Used Tools can be Quickly Inserted and Removed from the Device to Retain their Dedicated Uses. Note: A Light Sharpening of the Tool on the Zone in Contact with the Piece Enhances Grip; for a Ratchet, it is Possible to Use the Ungraded Zone.
