Objet: Device for Removing Pieces from Support Material Application: Aid in Removing 3D Printed Pieces from FFF Type Printer Bed The proposed tool is an alternative solution to using a scraper or traditional spatula for removing pieces from their support material, with the aim of avoiding potential user cuts and plate attachment risks. It consists of a spatula-shaped device that facilitates piece removal from their support. One notable feature of this device is its ability to use commercial parts. The tool has a central V-notch area for passage and tightening of an M3 or 4 hex key, as well as two flat zones for passing and securing a nut (or equivalent). It also features a non-aggressive plate bearing zone. Tightening can be increased by adding a screw and an M3 nut, or two nuts for plastic, metal, or wood. The tool's underside has a non-aggressive plate bearing zone. The device operates on the principle of a lever, with one end bearing generating force that promotes piece separation from its support. Tools used can be quickly inserted and removed for dedicated use. Note: Ensure no protrusions exceed plate contact zones. A light honing of the tool's contacting area facilitates piece adhesion. For nuts, ungraduated zones may be used.
