Device Object: Assistance for Unloading Pieces from Their Support Application Presented: Assistance with Unloading 3D Printed Pieces from FFF Type Printer The Proposed Tool is an Alternative Solution to Using the Cutters or Classical Spatulas to Remove the Pieces in Order to Avoid Risks of Cuts for the User and the Adhesion of the Plate. It Is a Device in the Shape of Jaws Allowing Easier Unloading of Pieces from Their Support. One of the Characteristics of This Device is Being Able to Use Common Allen Wrenches to Hook the Piece and Serving Them as a Lever Without Risking Damage to the Plate. The Tool in the Shape of Jaws Allows Picking Up Allen Wrenches of Different Diameters Between 3 and 6 mm Approximately. The Bottom of the Tool Has a Non-Aggressive Support Zone on the Plate. The Device Works Based on the Principle of a Lever So That an Effort at One End Generates a Force That Favors the Release of the Piece from Its Support. The Tools Used Can Be Quickly Inserted and Removed from the Device to Revert Their Dedicated Usage. Note: A Light Sharpening of the Tool on the Contact Area with the Piece Favours Adhesion.
