Emblaser Core DC Plate

This plate holds the AC to DC Convertor for the Emblaser Core Laser Etcher. I previously secured it using a 50mm/2" Velcro strip on the back, but the weight caused intermittent detachment and falls. To solve this issue, I designed a backing plate that attaches to the existing holes in the Emblaser Core via bolts. Simply print the model, then remove the screws from the Controller Board and Frame Supports in the back left corner of your machine. Align the plate and reattach all 4 bolts. The AC to DC Box fits snugly inside with a 1mm gap for smooth left-to-right movement. I intentionally left this gap for a Velcro strip, which helps secure the box's position as well as keeps cables organized using a velcro cable tie, as shown in the images. This solution should help you tidy up your Emblaser workspace with neat cable management.
