Embiggened, braced, reversed, Prusa Mk3 Einsy enclosure.

<p>This has now been tested. :D</p> <p>This is a beefed up Einsy case for the Prusa Mk3.<br/> It includes:<br/> • Frame brace.<br/> • Reversed Einsy for easy access<br/> • Space for cables so they don't squish all over the board.<br/> • Improved cable access ports<br/> • A port for the MMU cable</p> <p>14/2/19 - Update fixed nut sockets at extruder cable port. Enlarged bed and MMU ports.<br/> 15/2/19 - fixed bed cable port nut socket.<br/> 16/3/19 - added two new door options ("-liftoff"), designed to lift off the hinges for easy access when the X-axis is lowered. Use two of the smaller hinges. To remove the doors entirely, open them slightly and lift off the hinges.<br/> Also added a variant of each for dual extrusion with the Prusa text separated out.<br/> Also tweaked the nut sockets a bit.<br/> 14/4/19 - Raised einsy supports by 0.5mm. Added Raspberry cover. Made Raspberry cutout easier to cut.<br/> 13/12/19 - Added a new extended lift-off lid, with a nice hex pattern, and much reinforcing. Should be very robust, and less likely to rattle against the frame.<br/> 3/4/20 - Tweaked the cable port. Now has better fitting for the nut sockets, and you can use any length screws to hold the cable clamp. Also beefed up the nylon filament holder, and refined some of the internal structure.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Includes a variety of models, including one for MMU printers with separate "PRUSA" text.</p>
