Embedded Skull Die for Transparent 3D printing
pinshape
This is a simple dice with a skull-shaped void inside it. To reveal the skull, use a transparent printing process. SLA printers should theoretically work, although I haven't tried it due to lacking an SLA printer. Colorfabb HT can be used for FFF printing if you can print hot enough and have an enclosure, turn off the fan, and slow down your settings. Check out the video for ideal print settings. This dice must be printed without supports or the void will be ruined. There's still a question about orientation. The skull cannot be printed facing up because it needs support, so should I print it on the bottom or the side? The bottom tends to be very clear, but if you haven't had a perfect purge that's out of the question. However, printing it on the side makes any bubbles in the print highly visible. There is no clear answer to this one, but I think if you printed these, I would say skull down, which is how I uploaded it.
