thingiverse
A trial model of a simple shape with a push button inside that can be inserted during printing. The thin wall in front of the button acts as the outer surface of the button and provides enough flexure for the button to be pushed.
Sadly, there was a lot of stringing which prevented me from finishing the model successfully.

Insert G4 S60 in order to pause the printer for a minute (change S value for more time)
Try to insert the button during this time. It might come in handy to have a pre-heated soldering iron nearby.
