Scaled down the Emax frame to a compact 249mm size. Each printed part remains compatible with the original frame, ensuring seamless integration. The entire build fits neatly within a 20cm platform, making it ideal for Prusa i3, DaVinci 1.0, and numerous other printers. The design allows for effortless installation of 6-inch propellers. Multiple camera mounts enable effortless angle adjustments. Additionally, there are two dedicated mounting locations for the flight controller and video transmitter. In the event of a crash, arms can be swiftly swapped out in just 15 minutes. I prefer using 4-40 screws due to their widespread availability in the US, making them easier to find compared to their metric equivalent m3. M3 standoffs are notorious for easily stripping, whereas 4-40 standoffs boast more robust threads.
