I created this design initially as a gift for a friend who needed a solution for his quadcopter's stability in turtle mode. However, I realized that most available fins on Thingiverse didn't provide a steep enough angle to ensure smooth operation in this mode. To address this issue, I crafted a fin with an increased angle of attack, allowing the quadcopter to maintain steady flight more frequently. For optimal performance and structural integrity, I recommend printing this fin at an infill density between 80% and 100%. This will help distribute the weight of the quadcopter evenly, preventing the fin from flexing or folding under load.
