Emax Hawk 5 (w Capacitor) Antenna Keyed SMA Holder
thingiverse
Created a Smaller Version That Still Fits Perfectly. Tried Other Versions But They Wouldn't Work with My Emax Hawk 5, with a Capacitor. So I Went to Fusion 360 and Modeled This Up. It Fits Like a Glove. Everything is Keyed, and Fits Perfectly on the Shaft. Not Too Snug, and Not Too Loose. Printed with PETG for Heat Resistance and Is More Flexible and Less Brittle Than PLA, in Hopes It Will Stand Up to the Abuse I Am Sure It Will Get. PLA Seems Like It Would Melt in Texas' 118 Degree Weather. PLA is Also Brittle. Thought About ABS, But It is Also Brittle, but Would Definitely Stand Up to Texas Heat. PETG Just Seemed Like the Perfect Choice. Will See Over Time. Did Basic Prusa Settings with Prusament PETG 1.75mm Black. .15mm, 15% Infill. No Supports Needed. Prints as Is. Takes 30 Minutes to Print. So Not Too Bad, If I Do Crack or Break It. Included the Fusion 360 .F3D File...if You Want to Easily Change and Modify.
