I design wrenches using CAD models of Emax 2205's. I frequently use these on my red boots. I consistently have a few on hand because they tend to wear out after about 20 or 30 uses, but it performs exceptionally well. There's a slightly thicker side, so be sure to print with the flat side facing down. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .1 Infill: 100% Post-Printing: I carefully sand all my parts with a fine-grit sandpaper and rinse them in isopropyl alcohol.
