Ensure small parts print effectively by adding minimal cooling to prevent overheating and melting. I designed a basic bracket to secure the spare fan from my Huxley kit onto the existing bolt on the X-axis idler. Print the part with 3 perimeters, 3 base layers, and 50% infill for strength; however, additional cooling may be required for vertical lugs. Attach the fan to the mount using M3 nuts and bolts. For installation, replace the M3 bolt on the X-axis idler pulley with a longer one (25 mm) and affix the mount at a slight downward angle. Lastly, add a switch to the power supply to enable fan operation only when necessary.
