eMake3d auto fill/drain adapter

This replaces the stock adapter that came with the printer, and has to be relocated. There is not enough room on the backside of the vat to fit between the vat and the print bed when it lowers. There is a built in screen to filter out any cured loose parts that could be in the vat. The holes below the nipple are to add a 4mm cap screw and a slot for the nut. This was added in case it wanted to move around, I'm still testing to see if it is needed. For now, this will have to be used as an auto fill part, until someone figures out a way to reverse the pump to drain the vat. One option is to just throw in a second pump, then this could be an additional part to put on the vat just for suction. Another option is to replace the stock switch with a 3 position switch and add another relay board...
