Human: Elven Ballet Series 2 - by SPARX Update: 08/01/2018 A problem has been reported with torso 1,2 &3 when using Cura slicer. Although this is rare, I have added three new torso's: torso1c, torso2c, and torso3c, which have extra thickness and polycount to address the issue. If you encounter missing eyes on the original torso's, use these replacement parts. Thank you for your understanding. There are many sources of photographic inspiration online, including 3D artwork. My love of impossible poses and female elf art has led to this creation. It's not sci-fi; just a beautiful female elf in a muscular pose. I share my work with others to enjoy. Please don't share these files on social media or other websites. Links to this page are acceptable. This is the smaller 300mm version, and it should not be scaled down further. You can scale up by 50% or multiply each part 1.5 ratio to achieve a 1/6th scale model. I printed this using Bronze ABS with no painting; just sanding, vapor treatment, and polish with black shoe polish. There are three different torso versions, depending on where the piece will be displayed. You may need to read the PDF for optimal assembly and printing orientation. The file has high resolution and detailed instructions. All parts have been printed and developed to print well. The base was modified three times to support weight, and the torso was modified four times before it printed successfully with arms separated. If you're looking for a challenge, the tutu took seven versions to allow it to print in one pass! All pieces have been tested and print easily as long as you follow the settings in the PDF file. These models benefit from Elven1, which includes thicker ears, hair, and face changes, among other enhancements. These changes were made to enable printing with fewer supports. Recently, people have asked why this model is not printing or has holes when printed. Please don't scale down or adjust my recommended settings for infill, etc. This model prints well, as you can see from the pictures, and I'm confident you'll be pleased with the result. All of my models are only released when they print successfully. If there's a fault, please let me know so I can fix it. I make these models for my collection but am always open to suggestions for content covering the DC and Marvel universe, as well as TV and film cult images like Barbarella. If you have ideas, message me! As always, enjoy the parts on offer. I share my work with others to enjoy. People ask why my models have so much detail, not just the obvious parts. Well, they're primarily made for my collection, so I sand down each part with fine emery and subject them to an Acetone vapor bath for 60 seconds to seal the shells and create a smoother appearance. However, this process removes some detail, so I build more into the model.
