It is a modified version of "ElVa1's 6 mm Gap Y Axle Adjustable End Stop", but tailored for use with 5 mm gap extrusions. If you require the same construction for other scenarios, such as a 8 mm gap, simply ask me here. This assembly allows for precise adjustment of the Z axle position.
