ElVa 1 Z axle 20x40x6 Bosch extrusion

I'm excited to share the beginnings of a groundbreaking design for 3D printers. The project is dubbed "ElVa 1," and I'll be releasing meeting notes separately, with the belief that this approach will significantly streamline our team's understanding of the comprehensive design concept. Key components include ZZ608 bearings, which boast a diameter of 22 mm x 8 mm and a height of 7 mm. A total of four bearings are required for optimal performance. To ensure precise assembly, the vertical profile length must be carefully matched to the length of the trapezoidal spindle plus an additional 25 mm. For secure motor mounts (axle Z above), we'll need four dowels measuring Ø6 mm and four screws, as depicted in accompanying photos. To further explore this innovative design, I encourage you to check out two enlightening videos on my YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/ZQ4dO8YZSec and https://youtu.be/dybQ_ayYJK8.
