We're launching a new design for 3D printers, and the project is called "ElVa 1". I'm breaking down the meetings into separate posts to make it easier for our colleagues to grasp the entire concept. This construction offers excellent stability and yields impressive pressure results. The Y axis component is built between my designs; you can utilize it to assemble a printer. I've developed a carrier for the hotbed, which is a metal sheet part with 1.5 mm thickness. You can also order this part. You can purchase the parts or assemblies in Germany or have them shipped from other countries if you're willing to cover the shipping costs. Here's what you'll need for installation: Sliding bearings are required: RJ4JP-01-08, with a diameter of 15 mm and a length of 24 mm. A ventilator Ø 50 mm x 15 mm is necessary. You'll also need a ventilator Ø 30 mm x 10.5 mm. Drag chains are required for the print-height - 28 pieces of 12.5 x 10 mm. 4 m3 x 40 screws and 8 m3 x 25 screws are needed. 1 m3 x 12 screw is also required, as well as 13 m3 nuts. A few additional m3 screws will be necessary for direct screwing into plastic. Check out two videos on my Youtube channel: https://youtu.be/ZQ4dO8YZSec and https://youtu.be/dybQ_ayYJK8
