I poured over lots of photos and visited multiple forums/wiki sites to figure out the actual size and dimensions for this sword. I split this up into smaller pieces that should work with most printers - but if you ask nicely, I can try to make even smaller parts too! Share your thoughts in the comments below - let me know what you think! If you have trouble printing or dealing with post-processing issues, be sure to provide feedback and I'll update things ASAP. Update: I added a new guard part that's been broken up into 3 separate pieces for support-less printing. Enjoy! Update: The guard now has more detail, just like in the anime version. Printer Settings Printer: RaBo 3D R1 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 10% Notes: 5 perimeters and 5 layers on top and bottom will make it super strong! Print one of everything except for the Blade Middle (print three), Alignment 20mm (print four), and Alignment 40mm (print eight).
