Elster watermeter reader
thingiverse
Here is the rewritten text. I needed a water meter cover replacement for my Dutch Elster V200 water meter, so I could mount an inductive proximity sensor to read out water consumption. The commercial Falcon PR6 pulse sensor wasn't compatible with my setup, but this replacement works perfectly. You can use it with your own home automation system - I'm using ESPHOME linked to Home Assistant. I printed the cover on my Ultimaker 2 using Cura and it works flawlessly. I sourced the inductive proximity sensor from AliExpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32994634417.html To connect the sensor to a 12V supply, I added a simple schematic with a resistor network that brings the output voltage down to a safe level for my ESP32 (max 3.3V).
