ELS Component Covers

I design custom covers for my ELS components on the Sieg SC4 lathe, allowing me to house and protect the Servo and encoder units. To fit these critical parts, I had to carefully cut precise holes in the change gear cover. The newly created covers enclose the Servo and encoder securely once again. Each cover is cleverly divided into two distinct parts to minimize the amount of support material required during production. They are then expertly glued together for a seamless finish. Both covers feature strategically sized holes designed specifically for M3 hardware, making it easy to mount them securely on the lathe.
