Elongated E3D V6 Fan shroud for Duet Smart Effector And 30mm Blower (radial) Fan Mounts

If you're using a Duet3D Smart Effector with a powerful 30mm hotend fan, like the Sunon Maglev, which replaces the e3d supplied unit, you might experience erratic performance due to the compact size of the Smart effector assembly. The fan's coils can induce a current in the nozzle contact sensor of the effector. To solve this issue, move the fan outwards by about 10mm, positioning it just outside the area with strain gauge PCB traces on the effector. Based on the official E3D V6 fan shroud design, I've created a modified version with a 10mm extension. Before attaching the fan, drill out the holes to 2.7-2.8mm and screw it in snugly. Alternatively, you can use the radial/blower fan mounts included for Sunon 5v 0.68W 30mm blower fans. Attach these mounts to the ball stud M3 screws with nuts and secure them using superglue. This will provide a solid bond between the fan and the mount.
