Fall Arrest Anchor The fall arrest anchor facilitates safe access to the ground for individuals in confined spaces. Fall arrest anchors allow you to manage an employee in case of an emergency situation. Fall arrest is used where workers need to be lifted quickly and safely from high places. The fall arrest system consists of anchors, adjustable leg restraints, and a lanyard that must be attached to the clothes of the recipient. The <a href="https://caisafety.com/product/fixed-roof-anchors">fall arrest anchor</a> is designed to be used with a lanyard and either of our two lanyard styles. In order to prevent additional injuries, we recommend that users wear full-body harnesses whenever possible. Fall arrest anchors are used to control the fall of workers over an extended distance from an elevated piece of equipment such as scaffolding or ladders. Some examples of these heights that fall arrest anchors must be able to support are 4 m (13 ft.) for beams and rafters up to 1.5 m (5 ft.) as well as 300 mm (12 in) on concrete slabs.
