Elmer J. Fudd, a fictional cartoon character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies series. This is a onepiece version of Elmer based on my multi-part Elmer model that I've previously posted. Since I do not have an SLA printer, I teamed up with maker Kyler Stern to do the printing and painting. I converted my multi-part model to a onepiece model for SLA and FDM printing. Kyler then proceeded as follows: Decreased scale to approximately 35% of the original scale. X-Axis = 1.47 Inch, Y-Axis = 1.75 Inch, Z-Axis = 3 Inch Printer: Anycubic Photon M3 Resin: Anycubic Water-Washable Grey Exposure time: 2.5 seconds Print time: 5-hours Lychee Estimate print time: 2-Hours 4-Minutes Note: Something important to call out regarding print time. Kyler has his screen power set to 80% power. This increases print time significantly but extends screen life. This might be important for individuals going forward. Other notes regarding the supplied STL file: For FDM and SLA printing, size the STL file as needed for your purpose and add Slicer supports. Enjoy!
