I try to inject a bit of humor into each file, but not this time. This really matters to me, and I'd like to explain why. I started playing Advanced Dungeons and Dragons way back in 1981 when I was just a Jr High kid who felt like an outsider. D&D became my salvation, the place where I could connect with other misfits and make friends. Over the decades I've run countless games, shared countless laughs, rolled countless dice and devoured countless pizzas. It's become a true joy in my life. When I heard that Gary passed away on March 4th, 2008, I wept like a baby. It felt like a part of me had died too. The sun didn't shine as brightly, the sky wasn't as blue and my dice just wouldn't roll right. I was heartbroken. Fast forward to last week when someone posted an image of Gary's memorial on one of my D&D fan groups. I started thinking about turning it into a file that people could print up and hang in their own homes. So, I set out to recreate it in 3D, and here it is. This gift is for the memory of Gary, and it's going out to every single player out there. PLEASE DO NOT SELL IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! It's also not allowed on any site other than Thingiverse.
