Elliot stopped by our booth at the Big Bang Fair and stepped into our 3D scanning rig, a robust setup of 96 DSLR cameras that captures an astonishing total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We worked in tandem with our friends at CapturingReality.com to process the data - their cutting-edge software expertly analyzes each image, pinpointing unique points on every one, and then plots those points in precise 3D space if they appear on multiple images.
