Ellen stopped by the Big Bang Fair and got scanned with our 3D scanning rig, a setup comprised of 96 DSLR cameras that capture an astonishing 1.8 Giga pixels of data for every single scan. Our friends at CapturingReality.com lent us a hand in processing the data - their software is designed to analyze each image, pinpoint unique points on each one, and then plot those points in 3D space if they appear on more than one image.
