The customization was done using the Customizer app available at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322. To print this design, set layer height to 0.1 and use image file "lithopane_new20140426-27286-1m8u3o8-0.dat". The text size is 10 with a vertical position of 0. It consists of 14 layers, with horizontal picture orientation and large pane size. Text reversal is not applied, and the picture shape is hd. Hole inclusion is disabled, and various text lines are empty except for a hole diameter of 10.
