My Mendel x-axis belt tensioner using a T5 belt has been working flawlessly since I implemented it. Here are the instructions for creating this system: BOM includes: 1x M3 Nut 1x M3 Screw Printed parts (an extension bracket is optional) For installation, print all necessary components and assemble them according to the picture provided. You may need different lengths of M4 bolts or a piece of M4 threaded rod and additional nuts for secure fixing. Enjoy easy tensioning!
