Elgato Keylight Air Clone with brightness control

thingiverse

Hey all, this is my Elgato keylight air clone. This has a brightness control switch as well. I use two of these for my twitch stream, and they are just as good as Elgato key lights, however, they don't have temperature control. A great budget option. I got my frosted Acrylic from Canal Plastic Center. it is 1/16 inch white translucent acrylic, 6.5" x 6.5" with 3" rounded corners. If you want to order from them you can just mention my name, "Ollie Stoll" and they can get that for you. The lights I used are these from amazon. I used them because they had a brightness control switch, and they weren't waterproof ones. https://amzn.to/3ekZeta I used some old tripods and just kinda jerry rigged them, added a swivel ball mount adapter and glued that inside the light. It would have been ideal to use an elgato multi mount, but they have been OOS for a while The housings have a hole in the back of them to run everything through. I use hotglue to seal them up. the layers kinda go like this: back housing tin foil led lights covering as much surface area as you can acyrlic glued to the top housing rim. top housing Please feel free to donate to this project, or if you have any questions leave them below and I can get back to you!
