When manipulating a cap or hinge design, it's too easy to throw off your framing. This design was a bit of a challenge, but I like how it turned out; no additional hardware, easy to print, and smooth to work with.I printed mine in PETG with a 0.6 nozzle at a 0.24 layer height.
