ELFA Hoodie Hook

I was searching for a spot to hang my hoodie, but I couldn't simply rely on an ELFA hook since all of my rails have shelves installed on them. I required the hook to project outward from one of the rails... so I designed one myself. I call it a "Hoodie Hook" because its weight-bearing capabilities haven't been thoroughly tested yet. While I know it securely holds my hoodie, I wouldn't guarantee that it could handle a heavy coat's weight.
