Elf Window
myminifactory
I was browsing my local store when inspiration struck. On this particular visit, I stumbled upon an elf door that sparked my creativity. Apparently, you can place these doors in your room to make it seem like an elf is watching your kids, ensuring they behave. I didn't want to replicate the door idea since there are countless versions out there. Instead, I thought of something entirely new – a window! This concept was simple: stick a window on any wall or surface using blue tack. Then, add a box attached to the window for added realism. On day two, I attached the window box and exclaimed, "Hey kids, the elf has moved in!" Next, I randomly opened and closed the windows to create the illusion of movement. When it was time to take things to the next level, I chose a random day when candy canes appeared to have grown. To complete the scene, I attached the foot, removed the canes, and arranged them around the window or hung them from it. Finally, I placed a bottle in the window box. To bring this idea to life, I printed the window frame with 20% infill and used 80% for the smaller parts.
