I needed a customized sleigh for my kids' Elf on the Shelf. Kalebgarrett's original design served as an ideal starting point. To personalize it, I removed the central bar, resized the entire sleigh, and slightly flattened the rails before reconfiguring their size. Using Tinkercad, I specified the print settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer Model: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 25% Fast Honeycomb Notes: Top Solid Layers: 3 Bottom Solid Layers: 0 (to ensure the honeycomb structure is printed without any solid bottom layers, as I've found large flat areas print more effectively with this setup) Outline Perimeters: 3 Outline Direction: Inside-out I used Hatchbox Black and Red PLA filament, heated to 198c/60c. The E3D Titan & V6 hotend was employed for the printing process. Once printed, I applied Weld-On 16 (SciGrip) to securely glue the rails onto the sleigh.
