After converting a Ford CD3 Platform to a battery electric vehicle, the newly installed drive train extruded beneath the bottom of the car by 2 inches. In order to protect the drive train, this skidplate blots onto two L brackets that are welded to the frame. The horizontal tube represents the frame in this assembly.
