The native file format is .skp, while the 3ds Max version uses 3ds Max 2016 and Vray 3.00 for rendering. The creator of this model is Frederic Tabary, featuring a house in Nantes. Textures are stored within the .skp file. To extract these textures, utilize Sketchup (free), C4D (trial version sufficient), 3ds Max or Rhinoceros 3D (trial version enough). For Sketchup, export as a desired 2D file under File/Export/2D Graphic. Alternatively, export as COLLADA (*.dae) file and locate the textures in the generated folder. In C4D, importing the .skp file automatically generates a folder with textures next to it. For 3ds Max, textures are stored in ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages. Exporting an fbx file with embedded media option selected also creates a folder of textures together with the fbx file.
