To find a unique Christmas gift for my girlfriend last year, I searched Thingiverse for a small elephant figurine and ended up creating my own. She loved it! The semi-anatomically-correct model of an elephant raising its trunk in joy can be displayed in various settings - from living rooms to mad scientist lairs. Use it to spread love or even trick a real elephant into thinking it's their child. Print the figurine using exterior support (25% infill, 3 shells with ABS, raft recommended), remove support structure carefully around tusks, and enjoy! Note that the default picture shows an earlier model with potential tusk-breaking issues, but a newer .stl has fixed this. Ensure a reasonable layer height for successful printing.
