Just a simplified split elephant remix for hassle-free printing without any support structures. Scale up to the size you desire easily. I scaled mine up to 500% for better visibility. To attach the halves, I used acetone which worked like a charm. I printed my model without a bottom shell and opted for only 12% infill density. Print Settings: Printer: Mendelmax 1.5 Rafts: No support rafts needed Supports: None required Resolution: .12 mm layer thickness Infill: 12% of the overall volume Notes: I printed it with three distinct parameters (shells) @ .5mm width for a total wall thickness of 1.5mm. The PLA filament used contained additives that react strongly to acetone. Post-Printing: To assemble the two halves, apply your preferred adhesive.
