Remixed from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:512797. I used Blender because that's what I'm familiar with right now. I made it wider and extended the trunk to accommodate thicker phones like those with Otterbox cases in either portrait or landscape orientation. I hollowed out the body and added an ear shape. It works well with a Samsung S5 equipped with an Otterbox case. Some sides are not 100% flat against the bed, so some supports may be necessary because Blender is not really designed for CAD or accurate measurements.
