Elephant phone case

Custom phone case designed by a talented young artist. Create your own flexible phone case with a unique elephant design that protects your device. A 12-year-old daughter of an owner created the original concept and design as part of her school project, designing two custom cases - one for HTC Sense and one for iPhone 5. The custom design might also work for iPhone 5s, but has not been tested. The design was made using Fusion 360 software and printed on a high-quality Ultimaker Original+ 3D printer. Print Instructions: To print the custom case, two STL files are available for download - one for HTC Sense and one for iPhone 5. The trunk and button designs work with both cases and can be downloaded as separate STL files. Recommended printing settings: Use flexible PLA to print the phone case. I used Ultimaker's white flexible PLA. Print on an Ultimaker Original+ using the following settings: turn off heated bed, cover it with blue tape, print at 10 mm/s speed, temperature set at 230 degrees, and a few drops of sewing machine oil in the bowden tube to prevent jamming. For printing the trunk and button designs, I used Colorfabb's PLA traffic red for the iPhone case and an obscure glow-in-the-dark PLA for the HTC sense case. Print at 50 mm/s speed, set the nozzle temperature to 190 degrees, and heat the bed to 50 degrees.
