Create your own customizable elephant phone case with a strong trunk for angled positions and large floppy ears to safeguard your phone. My twelve year old daughter Bente designed this original concept and unique design as part of her after school project. We developed two cases, one suitable for an HTC Sense and another for an iPhone 5. I believe the case will also work on an iPhone 5s, but I didn't test it yet. The design was created in Fusion 360 and printed using an Ultimaker Original+. Printing suggestions: Download STL files for either an HTC Sense or an iPhone 5 phone case. Use flexible PLA to print the case, which worked well with my Ultimaker PLA white material. For the Ultimaker Original+, I used a heated bed set at 230 degrees and printing speed of 10 mm/s, while applying a few drops of sewing machine oil in the bowden tube to avoid clogging issues. Use Colorfabb PLA traffic red for the trunk and button on the iPhone case, or try using glow-in-the-dark PLA for the HTC Sense case. For this, I used a nozzle at 190 degrees and heated bed set at 50 degrees while printing at a speed of 50 mm/s.
