Elements Lithophane
thingiverse
I wrapped up my project tonight, with only frame touch-ups left to finish! I decided to give it a try and create the 4 elements as accurately as possible using 4 different filaments and 2 distinct LED tones. Earth was printed on Solutech Real Green, backlit with warm-toned 2000K LEDs. Fire, printed on colorFabb Standard White, shone bright with 2000K LEDs too. Wind/Air came to life on eSUN Cool White, illuminated by cool-toned 7000K Cold LEDs. Water took shape on Solutech Aqua Blue, also backlit with 7000K Cold LEDs. All of these prints were made on a stock Ender-3 and measure 200x100mm, with a minimum and maximum thickness range of .8-3.3mm - except for the green one, which is between .8-2.4mm thick.
