Our second design entry presents a weight decrease, with the new design weighing only 1.66 pounds compared to the original's 4.61 pounds, resulting in a 63.39% reduction. The bracket was designed and optimized using Solidworks 2013 and analyzed in Ansys Workbench 14.5. A thorough report, including documentation and failure diagnostics, is attached for reference.
