Revamped ELEMENTAL BIG BOY version boasts a 4.55% lighter bracket weight, proven safe through thickness analysis. Utilizing SOLIDWORKS 2013 for modeling and ANSYS WORKBENCH 14.5 for analyzing, the element size was set at 0.08 inches during meshing. The fully optimized design maintains elastic limit while controlling stresses. A detailed report of individual tests has been attached, including boundary conditions, loading details, and JPEG images illustrating Von Mises Stress and Factor of safety for various loadings: Horizontal (121.1, 1.0817), Vertical (127.49, 1.0275), 42 Degree (84.769, 1.5454), and Torsional (78.76, 1.6633).
