A 100mm (outer diameter) hose adapter for dust collection on an Elektra Beckum BAS315/4 bandsaw. I drilled and tapped M5 holes in the frame of the saw and used a seal on the edge that embeds into the frame. You'll find that the outer diameter of the part, matching the opening in the saw, allows for a bit of wiggling room to install a proper seal. To install, hold the piece against the saw, use an awl to mark the holes. Drill with 4.2mm and then tap for M5 machine screws. Wrap the seal around the part, I used a self sticking seal, press it into the opening and screw the shroud in place. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3283749 is a great addition to hold the hose in place.
