This is the X Carriage Tension Adjuster Mod for newer Eleksmaker Lasers with Open Build Wheels. It's a redesign of the Model Remixed by Nottingham82, cleaned up with rounded corners, inserts for M3 nuts and bolts, and a revised method to tension wheels. To use this mod, you'll need to utilize the two M5 nuts and bolts that came with your machine at the pivot point. In the top corner, you'll require two M3 x 25mm nuts and bolts. For the adjuster part itself, you'll need an M5 bolt (I had 35mm and 50mm spares from my build) and a single M5 nut.
