EleksMaker laser Bluetooth box
thingiverse
This enclosure enables seamless integration of an EleksMaker laser (a 2.5W model was used in this setup) with a Bluetooth HC-06 basic module. Once linked, it facilitates connections to a standard Android tablet, or a Windows 10 PC, or phone, utilizing the GRBL Application - specifically, Laserweb4 was employed to generate Gcode. A fan (the Anet model) was added to cool the electronics during extended operation. A simple nail was used to connect to the On/Off button situated on the EleksMaker Mana SE PCB. The OpenScad file is included, featuring a basic modification and customization of the "OpenScad Parameter Box" by FB aka Heartman/Hearty 2016. Note that the top cover is constructed from transparent PLA, allowing visibility of the LED on the PCB and the BT module - these indicators are crucial for confirming remote controller connection (the red LED stops blinking and remains continuously lit).
