Eleksmaker Belt Tensioner V2

Following up on Joshuruiz's outstanding work here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2341585 I encountered a similar issue with my Eleksmaker A3 kit, as the nylock nuts supplied were obstructing the bottom of the tensioner piece and preventing it from lying flat. My re-designed solution fixes this problem while still allowing for the use of original bolts. Additionally, no one appreciates protruding elements at their bottom, except possibly Tony.
