Eleksmaker A3 pro - cable guidance brackets and belt tension

These are my enhancements for the Elekslaser A3 pro. Cable Brackets: Top Cable Guidance Bracket for the Moving Unit with the Laser: This bracket provides top-notch cable management, ensuring a smooth operation of the machine. Side Cable Guidance Bracket for the Side Brackets of the Moving Central Rail: This bracket keeps cables organized, preventing them from interfering with the working area. Front Cable Guidance Bracket to Mount Between Control Unit and Frame: This bracket allows for easy cable routing between the control unit and frame. These cable guidance brackets enable a seamless running of the machine by keeping cables out of the way. Belt Tensioners: I made significant improvements to the four belt tensioners, creating a top clamp to prevent the belt from pointing back towards the moving parts. This prevents excessive movement and ensures precise control. For the two belt tensioners on the top belt, I designed an external belt tensioner bracket. This innovative design uses the top clamp of the belt tensioner, enhancing precision and stability. Both belt tensioners significantly increase the active working area of the laser by preventing belt movement towards the moving parts. The external belt tensioner also allows for a one-centimeter extension of the running part on both sides, eliminating interference with the belt tensioner. The external belt tensioner enables precise adjustment of the belt tension, surpassing the original design's capabilities. For mounting the side cable guidance bracket and external belt tensioner, drill two 3 mm holes through the perspex of the Eleksmaker using M3 bolts & nuts. For the feedthrough of the belt, drill two adjacent 3 mm holes. I have uploaded STL files as well as native FreeCAD files to facilitate further enhancements by others.
