Elekslaser A3 Pro Belt Clamp/Tensioner

I initially set out to employ the Elekslaser belt tensor by joshuruiz, but unfortunately, I didn't have any spare M3 bolts or nuts on hand; all I had were the parts included with the kit. Therefore, I redesigned this solution to utilize only the M5 and M3 bolts/nuts that come standard with the kit's belt clamp.
